Polyester Filters:

These filters are made of layered fiberglass fibers. They are inexpensive and capture large particles effectively. However, they have a low efficiency in capturing smaller particles.

  • Diffusion Media is designed to provide premium diffusion intake air filtration in paint spray booths used by the automotive and industrial finishing markets.

  • 2-Step Paint Booth is NESHAP 319 approved. The media is constructed of a 1-inch dual ply, scrim backed, rigid polyester. Cube Filter extended surface filter high capacity solution for paint overspray collection applications.

  • 3-Step Paint Booth is NESHAP 319 approved. This has the properties of 2-Step with the addition of Poly Pak polyester bag filter used for prefilter and exhaust in specific paint spray booth configurations.

  • Exhaust Filter Bags for typical paint spray booths. The media is constructed of a 1-inch dual ply, heavy-duty scrim backed rigid polyester. Each filter pocket is uniquely formed to allow maximum holding capacity. Custom fabrication is available on selected items.

Pre-Filters/Pleated Filters:

Pleated filters have a larger surface area compared to fiberglass filters. They are more efficient in capturing smaller particles and have a higher dust-holding capacity. Pleated filters are available in various MERV (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) ratings, which indicate their effectiveness in removing particles from the air. Higher MERV ratings correspond to better filtration efficiency. Common MERV ratings for pleated filters range from 6 to 16.

  • SuperCell2 filters by Superior Filtration Products are a pleated, high efficiency, MERV rated media filter. The media is supported by expanded metal and is pleated in V-radius wedges. The filter is available in 1, 2, 4 & 5-inch nominal thickness.

  • SuperG filter is a 2 or 4 inch densely pleated unit, which holds the same amount of media as a 12-inch deep filter. It is offered as Merv 11, 13, 14 & 16 units. Merv 11 & 14 is available in antimicrobial treated media. The SuperG is held in a die-cut, polystyrene or galvanized frame.

Activated Carbon Filters:

These filters are designed to remove odors, gases, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the air. Activated carbon has a large surface area that adsorbs the contaminants. They are commonly used in commercial kitchens and spaces with strong odors.

Activated carbon filters are also an important line of defense during the Colorado wildfire season. Wildfires dramatically increase airborne particulate matter, smoke, and toxins — accelerating filter blockage, reducing airflow, and straining your HVAC system. Box/Bag Filters:

  • RigidFlow are pleated media, rigid filters designed for use in most commercial/industrial HVAC systems requiring medium to high efficiency filtration with minimal pressure drop. RigidFlow filters are available with both lofted fiberglass and micro-fine synthetic media in an average efficiency range of 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95%. They are available in MERV 13, 14 & 15 media variants that earn LEED certification credit.

  • AlumaCell filter is an extended media, aluminum separated rigid filter. It is available in average efficiency range of 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95%, MERV 13, 14 & 15 and 97% DOP.

  • FlowCell bag is sealed for most efficient strength and durability without caving or tearing. It is made with multiple layer media to provide optimal particle depth loading and dust holding capabilities. This bag filter is welded and constructed to withstand turbulence, high velocity and intense humidity. The media is designed to provide low-pressure drop at high efficiency level. It is available in average efficiency range of 40-45%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95%, MERV 8, 11, 13, 14, 15 & 16.

  • DynaFlow V-8 is an extended surface area/low pressure drop mini-pleat filter. The DynaFlow series filters are available in 60-65, 80-85% and 90-95%, Merv 11, 13, 14 average efficiency ranges. It is also offered in carbon-loaded media. This filter is designed for systems requiring medium to high efficiency filtration.

High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filters:

HEPA filters are highly efficient in capturing small particles and allergens. They can remove up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. HEPA filters are commonly used in environments that require high air quality, such as hospitals and cleanrooms. HEPA filters are available in different classes, including HEPA-H13 and HEPA-H14, with H14 being the highest filtration efficiency.

  • Terminal Head HEPA is a lightweight, disposable HEPA filter-ceiling module. It has a one-piece top with integral inlet collar for easy install. This unit is suitable for gasket and gel grid systems. The Terminal Head HEPA is designed for optimum filter performance in cleanrooms, electronics, healthcare and other applications where clean air quality is a priority.

  • Ceiling Mounted Hood is a roomside replaceable terminal HEPA/ULPA filter module. Light weight, low-profile, duct modules utilize a roomside replaceable gel sealed filter to provide single direction airflow after installation in either drywall or tee-bar grid ceilings. Extruded aluminum clips are used to retain the filters in the hoods and provide true “no tools” change out of used filters.

  • SuperAClear HEPA filters come with graded filter media from 99.97 to 99.9995% efficiencies on as small as 0.12um particle sizes. The non-woven glass media is treated with a waterproofing binger for outstanding durability in both wet and dry conditions. Media packs are constructed using the desired media, folding it over hemmed edged corrugated aluminum separators, which separates the pleats of the media pack. The media packs are sealed into a stainless steel frame with epoxy or polyurethane resin.

  • Nuclear Grade HEPA filters are manufactured with 99.97 or 99.99% paper media. Each can be additionally treated for resistance with either Hydrogen Fluoride or Ammonium Oxide. Media packs are constructed of the desired media folded over hemmed edged corrugated aluminum separates, which separate the pleats of the media pack.

  • Fan-Powered Module HEPA/ULPA Filter modules are lightweight low profile units with very quiet fan/motor assembly and a replaceable mini pleat HEPA/UPLA filter pack designed to provide unidirectional vertical airflow from tee-bar ceilings. This module is available in 24 X 24 inch and 24 X 48 inch models.

Filter Frames:

  • NovaBurke Alpha and Beta frames can be used as a stand-alone unit, as well as a component in a built-up filter bank. The frames will accommodate most 12” deep ASHRAE rated air filters. Strong and adaptable, these fully standardized frames are designed to fill most applications in the air filtration industry.

  • NovaBurke ASTR frame is most often found as a component in a built-up filter bank system. It can be used as a stand-alone unit. The frame will accommodate most ASHRAE and MERV rated filters.

  • NovaBurke C-Set frame is most often found as a component in a built-up filter bank system. This set replaces the K-Trac filter housing and frame.
